Nordic Sensory Workshop 2020 (NSW2020)

which will be held at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden in Gothenburg on the 13-14 of May 2020

The topic of the workshop is ‘ What is the Added Value of Sensory and Consumer science? `. The aim of the day is to give specific attention on how we can communicate the added value that sensory and consumer sciences bring to industry and society. Industry experts and scientists working with sensory and consumer science have the chance to meet discuss challenges, learnings and possible directions for a better integration of scientific methods, product development and the final user.

Participants are invited to submit abstracts for flash and/or poster presentations during the workshop. Methodology and conclusions regarding the added value of sensory and consumers science should be integrated within 300 words abstract. Please submit your contribution by email to mihaela.mihnea@ri.se or tina.petersson@ri.se before March 1^st, 2020.
